Our Strategy & Business Performance Lead is seeking a student to assist with driving our strategy implementation processes and performing external market and value chain analysis to support our business development efforts. Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive student, who is motivated by taking a data-driven approach to solving problems and looking to gain practical experience with business development. To succeed in the role, you must thrive with a high level of responsibility and drive workstreams on your own and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders.Your main responsibilities will include:

• Identify customer and supplier needs to create insights that translate into new value propositions.

• Drive development of business cases.

• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and specialists.

• Executing field research to validate hypothesis around our customers and suppliers.

• Ad hoc research and analysis (e.g. market, competitor, value chain).

• We offer a steep learning curve, own areas of ownership, and being a key part of driving our strategy and business performance internationally. 

Expected skills & experience:

As our new Strategy & Business Development Student, you will be part of an international culture with colleagues and stakeholders around the world. Whereof, we expect you to be comfortable communicating both in written and verbal English.

Furthermore, we expect that you:

• Are enrolled in a relevant education program with 1 - 2 years left.

• Can work app. 16 hours per week on a flexible schedule e.g. during exam periods.

• Are motivated by contributing to enhancing business performance and development.

• Thrive with responsibility and ownership of work tasks.

• Have a proactive, structured, and analytical approach with attention to detail.
