Do you have a deep understanding of B2B marketing, analytical skills, and a proven track record of leading growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment? 

We are looking for a Growth Lead who will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth for our clients. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!


Your role:

  • Working with our B2B SaaS clients to develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Lead efforts to generate new business opportunities through innovative marketing campaigns, partnerships, and other growth channels.

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make informed decisions.

  • Work closely with our clients’ sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.

  • Continuously analyze and optimize marketing and sales funnels to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.

  • Provide regular reports on growth metrics, KPIs, and ROI to senior management.


You're the ideal candidate if you have:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.

  • Proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
