About the role:

We are a remote team with extensive experience in the game industry, seeking a skilled 3D Animator Intern to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Animator, you will collaborate closely with programmers, technical artists, and fellow animators to innovate and enhance our game environments and digital entertainment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D animations and rigging.

• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine animation techniques and pipelines.

• Take direction and learn from the Lead Animator and mentor.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and brainstorm new ideas.

• Contribute to animation workshops focused on improving workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in 3D hand key animation and rigging in Blender.

• Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to commit to two weekly meetings.

• Able to provide a portfolio of your previous work

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in Unity

Position Details:

• This is an unpaid internship lasting 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

• We are in discussions with major industry players and aim to begin our recruitment process this year.

• A full-time commitment is required.
