About the Role:

As the Sales Operations Manager, you'll act as a close partner to our CEO and Head of Sales. Think of yourself as the assisting coach, the wingman of sales, ensuring no one is left behind.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operation: Prepare weekly sales sprints, follow up with sales staff for progress on pipeline and leads.
  • Close Partnership with Head of Sales: Coordinate tasks within the sales team and across the company, working closely with our Head of Sales.
  • Admin Support: Provide scheduling, communications, and travel arrangement support to the sales team.
  • Team meetings: Host sales meetings, training sessions, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Sales Process Documentation: Develop and maintain clear and consistent sales process documentation.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Administer and optimize our CRM system to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs to help the sales team unlock their potential.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project management and customer success teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a consulting sales organization.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and address the needs of the sales team and clients.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes is a plus.
