We are building Puzzle, an e-commerce marketplace for group-buying within beauty care. The concept is to embed trust, accessibility and introducing a new, fun way to buy together from our marketplace. By buying together with others, customers access the best possible price for beauty products.

Who We Are Looking For

Important that you have understanding of at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish), as alot of our content creation process needs to be translated or in a Scandinavian language.

We are looking for a self-going and organised Marketing/SoMe manager Intern, that has interest or experience with content creation or marketing storytelling through SoMe. Note that we are mainly looking for candidates located in Sweden, Norway or Denmark, that is currently studying within the field of Marketing/Social Media management, UX/Design or has experience/interest within those fields.

It is a big plus if you are interested in beauty care, and have an eye for Gen Z trends, as well as experience with community building, as we need to create a community rather than one-time customers. 

Knowledge of Google ads and SEO or early funnel marketing to attach new customers is also very interesting to us, although not required. 

For the right candidate, we are open to discuss flexible or part-time commitment to the role; location is also flexible but needs to be in a similar time-zone as Central European Time.

Responsibilities

We are looking to hire a Marketing intern to help with various aspects of marketing. Mainly B2C and Social media, Content creation through blog-posts and newsletters, with the goal to create a community and convert customers. Some tasks include: 

  • Develop the marketing strategy together with the co-founders and CEOs. 

  • Most importantly: Create content (posts, articles, etc.) and manage our social media (Tiktok and Instagram will be the main channels)

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives consistently according to set schedule

  • Create email campaigns, blogposts and newsletters.

  • Big plus if you have experience with Meta or Google ads

  • Take the lead or help organise marketing events and / or other relevant initiatives

  • Reach out to influencers to initiate collaborations.


As we are an early stage startup, we are more than open to explore new ideas and projects. 


Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Current enrollment in a University within Marketing, Design, Communications, or similar fields 

  • A very good understanding and interest of the latest marketing trends and techniques

  • Familiarity with different types of marketing strategies, and especially SoMe and content creation

  • Ability to work independently and “end to end” attitude in managing projects

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Creative and a creator 

  • Full English proficiency + 1 Scandinavian language


For full transparency, this is an unpaid position (Unfortunately it is simply due to the early stage of the company) that will last 3 months. Also, we won’t be able to provide a laptop, however should you need access or subscriptions, this will of course be covered.
