• Startup CEO Experience (5+ Years): You have a proven track record of building and scaling successful startups.You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at making strategic decisions.

• Deep B2B Expertise: You possess a strong understanding of the B2B landscape, particularly in Sweden. You can identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

• Visionary Leader: You have a clear vision for the future of Paytack and the passion to inspire and motivate your team. You're a strategic thinker who can develop and execute winning business plans.

• Operational Excellence: You understand all aspects of building a successful business, from sales and marketing to finance and operations.

• Team Builder & Culture Champion: You can build a high-performing, collaborative team and foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Fluent in Swedish: Strong communication skills in Swedish are essential for building relationships with local businesses and partners.
