Kanpla is seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the strategy and commercial success of our end-user app (App Ordering & Engagement). In this role, you will become an expert in our customers and product, working closely with the leadership team. You’ll lead an empowered product team, creating strategies and goals, and overseeing the execution of new projects together with designers and developers.
You’ll obsess over the experience of food and catering in workspaces, creating digital products that improve guest experience and support the kitchen and its staff in becoming more sustainable and profitable.

Define and drive the product vision and strategy for the end-user app.
Lead a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through engagement and research.
Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritising impactful features.
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features.
Define and track KPIs to measure success and inform decisions.
Regularly solicit feedback and iterate on the product.
5+ years as a product manager leading product teams, or similar.
Deep experience with B2B SaaS and/or consumer apps.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Passionate about solving customer problems.
Visionary and innovative, yet critical and pragmatic.
A natural “doer”, able to quickly execute and iterate.
