Job Description

As an Account Manager in JobTeaser's Sales department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of the existing customer portfolio entrusted to you, by ensuring optimal commercial relations.

1. Monitoring your customer portfolio:

• You are your customers' privileged contact and you support them throughout the year by :

  • meeting and/or contacting them regularly to review their contracts, ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback

  • proposing an editorial schedule that meets their needs

  • helping them to use the products by answering their questions and making recommendations 

  • monitor their use of our services to produce, analyze and present them with statistics on the actions implemented

2. Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers 

• Identify customer expectations and define KPIs in order to build an effective success and renewal strategy. 

• Implement an action plan to expand our presence within existing customer accounts

• Present JobTeaser.com advances / innovations

• Identify and close renewal and upsell opportunities to develop sales.

3. Ensure the operational follow-up of your activities: 

• You manage and manage the regular follow-up of your activities (appointments, e-mails, calls, stats), communication planning (displays, events, lives) and customer satisfaction on Salesforce. 

• You are responsible for the smooth onboarding and offboarding of your customers. 

• You are responsible for the operational follow-up of your accounts (CRM, productions ....).

• You liaise with our Video and Support teams to set up certain services for your customers.

• You relay feedback from your customers to our various internal teams (Support, Product, Data, Marketing, Accounting, etc.).

Qualifications

• You have a “farming” background and have already proven yourself in sales for at least 2 years. 

• You're combative and results-oriented: you're looking for a unique experience in a scale-up company, and you've got the energy to meet and exceed your targets.

• You have excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and persuasiveness: essential for building solid relationships with our customers. 

• You're curious, a good listener and have a sense of service: you want to know your portfolio inside out so you can offer your customers personalized support.

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are able to work independently and make suggestions.

• You are native in Danish and fluent English; any other European language is a plus.
