We are looking for a top-notch inbound sales executive to be the first point of contact for new members applying to live in a LifeX apartment. You will be introducing new members to our housing concept over the phone or on a video call and handling all (e-mail) contact afterwards to get them set up with the perfect home. 

Being part of a fast-paced startup, you will have the chance to grow and learn all about inbound sales and pipeline management. As a part of the Marketing and Sales team, you will be working closely with our Inbound Sales Coordinator.

We have an amazing office in the middle of the Christianshavn but it is also possible to work from home when needed. We are looking for someone to join us from July 2024 onwards for a period of 6 months for 20 hours per week. The internship is paid and we have an additional bonus structure.


  • Reaching out to potential new members who have signed up on our website by phone and e-mail

  • Conducting booked (video) calls with potential new members to promote LifeX's mission and values and excite applicants about joining the LifeX community

  • Provide support to help new members choose their ideal home and get through the next steps smoothly

  • Sending out contracts and coordinating with our local Community and Operations Team on the ground to ensure a smooth handover.

  • Handle incoming email inquiries from our housing listing portals and keep our listings up to date.

  • Gather and streamline data that will help the Marketing Team improve lead quality.

  • Reaching out to potential B2B leads to establish partnerships.


  • Currently enrolled in a university program (a must!)

  • You are not afraid of picking up the phone and talking to people from all over the world. You can make them feel comfortable and welcome with your service-oriented, enthusiastic, and sincere personality. 

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. You need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and manage a lot of information coming at you from various channels.

  • Ambition to succeed and a self-motivator. You will get a lot of ownership and freedom to improve processes.

  • General computer skills and the ability to pick up new tools (Google is your best friend). It’s a plus if you already know Hubspot.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level is a must).

  • Fluent in written and spoken German (C1 level preferably).
