We are looking for a talented and driven student, preferably enrolled in a master’s program, to join our team as a student worker. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in programming, experience with SQL databases, and the ability to work independently. In addition to technical skills, we value strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend complex problems and code architecture.

• Working with SQL databases or familiarity with relational databases (not required)

Responsibilities

The student worker will be involved in a variety of tasks related to software development, documentation, system optimization and operations. Key responsibilities include:

1. Documentation

• Prepare documentation for integrations with external partners, database structures (using ERD’s), as well as Cloud (MS Azure) and DevOps architectures.

• Assist in determining the proper format and structure of documentation.

1. Testing

• Participate in testing new features to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Collaborate with the development team to identify and address any issues during the testing phase.

1. Development:

• Troubleshoot and debug existing code.

• Optimize code for performance improvements.

• Contribute to the development of new features under guidance of senior team members.

1. Operational Analysis

• Collaborate on strategies for effectively monitoring solutions in the cloud.

• Help analyze, profile and solve problems related to code performance or other operational issues.

• Contribute to operational improvements for enhanced system performance.

1. Autonomy and interest mapping

• Work collaboratively with team members to identify areas of responsibility that align with the candidate’s skillset and interests.

• Contribute ideas for projects and areas of focus that align with the candidate's academic and professional goals.
