Role Overview

Anilyze is currently laying the foundation for what will become the core of the organisation and is in connection with this looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). Are you a person with a passion for technical solutions and innovation? Do you have experience in building companies and navigating the intersection between business and technology? Are you ready to tackle the challenges of building a company? Then this role might be for you!

You will work closely, and hands on, with the CEO on strategic and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structure and processes for daily operations to support scalable growth

• Actively manage day-to-day activities to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Lead innovation projects and develop products with a technical team

• Build and maintain trusting relationships and strategic partnerships to enhance sales and growth

• Recruit and build talented teams

• Provide the sales team with technical expertise and strategic business insights

• Identify and implement strategies for expanding into new markets

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth companies

• Experience of the European market and international expansion

• Ability to diagnose problems quickly, foresee potential issues and address them

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve goals

• Experience in developing successful products and teams

• Expertise in forming strategic partnerships

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong financial skills

• Fluent in English & Swedish
