Position: COO and Co-Founder

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (with options for remote work)

Role Overview

As the COO and Co-founder, you will be directly involved in every facet of our startup. This role requires a versatile leader who is capable of managing multiple functions from operational strategy to day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO in strategic decision making and operational execution to maximize company growth and efficiency.

• Handle key functions, including financial management, HR, and compliance.

• Oversee project management and ensure deliverables align with strategic objectives.

• Spearhead problem-solving initiatives and manage stakeholder relationships.
