Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a skilled technician to champion service support. They will be the driving force behind providing exceptional technical support and solve all kinds of issues. They will have at least 3 years of hands-on technical and mechanical experience on ebikes, and can travel frequently across the western and northern Europe to delivery top-notch customer experience.

What would they do?

• Be the first point of contact for any issues reported by distributor, retailer and/or end user. Be resourceful and agile in providing efficient responses.

• Lead, manage, and perform hands-on repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ebikes across various locations in the EU.

• Proactively coordinate with the product, manufacturing and quality assurance team, as well as sparepart suppliers in Europe and Asia, to develop precise and fast solutions.

• Conduct technical training sessions for local retail partners, ensuring high standards of service quality and consistency.

• Collaborate with our engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of our products.

What are the expectations?

• 3-5 years of experience in technical, mechanical role in the ebike industry.

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and a helping mindset.

• Ability to travel extensively across the European Union and hold a valid driver's license.

• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin and/or Dutch and Swedish fluency is a big plus.

• Legally eligible to work in the EU; We unfortunately cannot sponsor work permit for this role.
