Senior Testleader

Job Description:

An experienced Senior test leader to lead software testing efforts. You will coordinate and execute testing strategies with teams in Sweden and Poland. The ideal candidate is certified and has extensive experience in software testing, Scrum methodologies, and 10-week sprint planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the software testing process.

• Develop and implement test strategies and plans.

• Coordinate with development teams

• Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects.

• Ensure adherence to testing best practices.

• Conduct reviews and retrospectives to improve processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Certification: Relevant certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).

• Experience: +5 years in software testing.

• Methodologies: Strong experience with Scrum and 10-week sprint planning.

Skills:

• Excellent testing methodologies and tools knowledge.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in manual and automated testing.

• Communication: Excellent skills in Swedish and English.

• Teamwork: Effective in cross-functional remote teams.

Must be located in Sweden.
