The solution is a sophisticated platform that clarifies the overwhelming landscape of personal development and unprotected titles. A web-based market platform, where people who seek personal development can easily navigate and make an informed decision about which provider (e.g. coach, mentor, mental trainer) matches their needs.

Our Team

• Heidi Manøe - Idea-maker and CEO founder. For the past +10 years, she has been leading the development of digital products together with LEGO, Solar, Klarna, Lunar Business and Energinet. With her desire to continuously set new goals and grow, she encountered and acted upon the problem space herself.

• Oliver - Our product design guy by heart, who can rock UI, UX and graphic design. He has +6 years of experience within marketing agencies: Happy, Kynetic and Dentsu. When Oliver was introduced to the mission, he was immediately onboard.

• Sabrina - Our freelance UX designer. Newly graduated and racer sharp skillset. We are lucky to have her!

• CTO - To build and continuously improve our product - We are looking for you!🦄

Location

We all live in Denmark, between Aarhus and Kolding. We are primarily working remotely with full-day meet-ups in Aarhus. Our office location will be determined when our full team is in place.

Status

We're currently bootstrapped and preparing for funding rounds. We have the first invest dialogues running and invites to investment committees.

Our visual identity and Figma prototype are both prepared for development. We have tested and validated our concept and prototype with our two target groups. Our first target group is medium to large companies, the second is national opinion leaders along with highly skilled professionals. Which is why we have already tested with LEGO, Danfoss, Energinet, LIK, and a handful of well-known personalities and skilled coaches).

About You

We are looking for someone who is 100% self-motivated, driven and has full stack experience. As our tech lead, you will play a fundamental role in building our SaaS marketplace solution. You know how to create a scalable platform and have insights into DevOps. 

We will all collaborate on product development. Identify how we build our product smartest and most valuable.
