We are prize winning scale up on a mission to get more employees up on bikes and reducing foot print at large. Vapaus.se helps companies offer benefit bikes to their employees. This means we are actively reaching out to larger companies, meanwhile having a keen understanding of the bike market and keeping up great relationships with our partners, the bike shops. With 200,000 current users under out belt we know the market, have a solid automated leasing product running the back end and a large supporting team. We need you help in expanding and speeding up our Swedish market expansion

What we’re looking for

We are looking for an intern to for a minimum of 3 months.

We need a problem solver, someone that sees opportunities and potential to improve. You are a pusher, finishing what you started and comfortable with driving deals and projects forward.

Tasks:

Business development: develop the pipeline of potential customers, preparation of cold emails campaign, use linkedin/IG and other tools to find new prospective leads, update of the CRM

Sales: participate in sales meeting together with the Expansion Manager or the CEO, help following-up with prospects (preparing emails, documenting CRM)

Expansion: help on ad-hoc topics related to expansion (partnership, events, etc.)

This internship will be a great opportunity to experience what it is to work in an early-stage start-up environment, to be given a lot of responsibilities and exposure to both the management team and customers.

The intern mission and tasks will also depend on the intern's competencies and aspirations to grow and this is a great chance to have a steep learning curve.

Requirements:

Must-have: Excellent written Swedish and English communication skills.

Ideally, previous sales experience in a fast-pace environment, start-ups or B2B.

If you have a background or interest in wellbeing, benefits or the bike world - that is a huge plus, and will make it even more rewarding for you.

The internship is unpaid, but if you are looking for an internship which is not connected to a course/program, an internship reimbursement can be discussed for the right candidate.
