We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a CAE Engineer Vehicle Dynamics – Simulator Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the vehicle dynamics development of new architecture in Adams Car and Motion Simulator, with a specific focus on suspension layout and the development of methods for use in simulation environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead vehicle dynamics development activities, with a focus on suspension layout and optimization.

• Build Adams/Car templates and conduct vehicle dynamics simulations.

• Develop tire models and integrate them into simulation environments.

• Perform vehicle dynamics analysis, including frequency domain analysis for ride comfort assessment.

• Operate the simulator, specifically VI-grade DiM 250 (One resource on 20%).

• Utilize various software tools for simulation and analysis, including VI-CarRealTime, VI-WorldSIM, VI-DrivSim, Driving Simulator DIM250, SIMulation Workbench, Adams/Car, RoadRunner, Matlab/Simulink, Python, and Adams Command Language.

• Work independently on projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

  
  

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle dynamics development, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Proficiency in building Adams/Car templates and conducting vehicle dynamics simulations.

• Strong understanding of different suspension designs and tire modeling principles.

• Experience in vehicle dynamics analysis, including frequency domain analysis for ride comfort.

• Familiarity with operating simulators, specifically VI-grade DiM 250, is preferred.

• Proficiency in using simulation software tools such as VI-CarRealTime, VI-WorldSIM, VI-DrivSim, Driving Simulator DIM250, Simulation Workbench, Adams/Car, RoadRunner, Matlab/Simulink, Python, and Adams Command Language.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
