Position Overview:

As vCare extends its impact within the Indian healthcare sector, we're thrilled to offer an internship opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager.

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic intern to take charge of our social media presence and strategy. As an intern in this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing and implementing social media campaigns, podcast videos, crafting captivating content and managing our various social media accounts.

Prior experience is not necessary, but a strong eagerness to learn and delve into the impactful realm of social media is highly valued. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).

  • Create and curate engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia assets, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring discussions and trends.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, content creation, and community management, and incorporate these insights into our strategy.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and use this data to optimize our social media strategy and drive continuous improvement.

  • Stay informed about relevant industry news, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and use these insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the CEO to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for design.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

  • Fluent in English.
