We are looking for a talented and ambitious Strategy & Growth Analyst to contribute to the continuous development and growth of DANISH ENDURANCE.

WHO IS DANISH ENDURANCE?

DANISH ENDURANCE is a global endurance & outdoor brand within e-commerce. With a focus on Danish design and sustainable manufacturing in Europe and Asia, we are a young high-growth company, with a flat structure and a friendly, dynamic working environment. We are a truly international team consisting of 60 professionals with 25 different nationalities based in Copenhagen at Holmen and Gramrode. We have proven our products globally and currently only around 1-2% of the turnover is in Denmark.

Turnover will pass DKK 400m in 2024 and we expect to continue our double-digit growth moving forward. We are online only and are a major global Amazon player strongly supported by our Website, Zalando and many other emerging online channels.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE JOB?

As a Strategy and Growth Analyst at Danish Endurance, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business through a variety of strategic and analytical tasks.

• Develop and refine the product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

• Manage new product launches from product research to market introduction

• Identify, evaluate and execute growth opportunities, including exploring new markets and developing innovative strategies to enhance market presence

• Assisting with forecasts, budgeting, and performance analysis

• Prepare reports and presentations for the management team to support decision-making processes

• Work with all departments through extensive cross-functional collaboration

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc or MSc students in Finance, Business, Strategy, or similar. Ideally, studying your Masters

• Comprehensive communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English

• Experience in a strategy or business analyst role, preferably in the ecommerce sector

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

• High level of structure, organizational skills with an eye for detail

• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with internal and external stakeholders

• Passion for sports is a plus

• Working hours: Part-time (15-25 hours at the office)
