Then you could be the Marketing Manager we're seeking at Gluu. We are a fast-growing Danish B2B SaaS company with a global team of 10. We're on the hunt for a dynamic individual to spearhead our lead generation and brand awareness efforts.

You have...

• A proven track record in executing inbound B2B lead generation campaigns on a tight budget.

• Expertise in the most current SEO and content marketing strategies and tools.

• Excellent English writing skills (and Danish and/or German is a plus).

• An ability to focus and a drive to achieve your goals.

• A natural motivation to do things better and smarter.

• A talent for coordinating your work, and the work of others, to take campaigns from conception to tracking their success.

Your responsibilities include…

• Leading and taking charge of the marketing function and delivering sales leads in close coordination with our CEO & VP of Sales.

• Initiating and managing a series of small-scale lead generation tests, scaling up those that are successful.

• Coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the quality of work produced by a freelance webmaster, a designer, and a Social Media Marketer.

A fair and unbiased hiring process

We strive for an unbiased hiring process to optimize the probability of a mutual great fit, to job role, direct manager, and team culture. To apply for the position, you must first solve a case and possibly later take a talent test. We do not want your age, CV or an application! We care about your talents and skills.

Step 1 – Case

To receive the case, simply click ‘apply’. If you are located in Northern Europe and have a proven experience, then we will send you the case material. It is a manual process that we strive to complete within one business day.

We only expect you to spend 15-30 minutes on the case.

Step 2 – Talent Test

The cases we value as best will be emailed a talent test with instructions. The purpose is to assess if there is a match between your talents and the talents we’re looking for. The talent test takes between 20 and 40 minutes.

Step 3 – Interviews

The cases and talent tests that we in combination value as best, are invited for online interviews.

The final and shortlisted candidates will also be presented with a talent test comparison to their potential new manager/CEO, for mutual expectation alignment.
