Role Overview (Internship)

We are in search of a passionate market research intern with a strong business acumen and an interest in the dynamics of human relationships and alternative family-building methods. This role is crucial in helping us understand our market better, through conducting comprehensive interviews and research with a variety of individuals. Your insights will directly influence the development and improvement of our platform, ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of our diverse user base. The research will be heavily focused on gathering primary data through qualitative means, e.g. through interviews with focus groups.

If you have an otherwise strictly academic background -- no worries! This role is heavily research based and we don't need you to have any previous experience working at a company, hence the title "corporate anthropologist". Consider this a role that give you a foot in the corporate world in the future :)


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct qualitative research, including structured interviews and focus groups, to gather in-depth insights into the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our target audience.

  • A background in business, marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of research methodologies and market analysis.

  • Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable business insights that can inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with our product development and marketing teams to translate user insights into effective strategies that enhance user experience and engagement.


Ideal Candidate

  • A “people person” with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conducting sensitive and insightful interviews.

  • A background in: anthropology, psychology, sociology, business or a related field with an understanding of how to conduct effective research and translate these into actionable findings.

  • A genuine interest in and understanding of psychology, sociology, anthropology, or related fields, with an ability to draw meaningful insights from human behavior and social trends.

  • Proficient in English, to effectively communicate with our diverse user base and team.

  • Fluent in Danish.

  • Previous experience in user research, market research, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
