Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for the company

• Oversee all aspects of business operations, including product development, marketing, sales, finance, and human resources

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, investors, and stakeholders

• Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the organization

• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects and initiatives

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement

• You can take full responsibility towards the board for all aspects of the company's operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

• Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization

• Demonstrated expertise in digital technologies and mobile applications

• Excellent written and spoken Danish Language skills. Added benefit if you have one more Scandinavian language skills.
