Co-founder - Chief Product Officer

Job Description:

As a Technical engineer (CPO) at Insutex, you will play a crucial role in further developing and transforming textile waste into insulation. You will be responsible for the development of our physical product including, collaborations with relevante institutes and manufacturing facilities. We are seeking a talented and innovative individual who can bring fresh ideas, contribute to our sustainable revolution, and make a lasting impact. Salary Unpaid in the beginning. You will be part of the journey to raise next round, where we from there will pay out salaries. You'll be joining two Co-Founders that have been working hard for a year to make Insuutex a reality, fully committed to the company's long term vision.


Areas that you will gain experience with:

  • Design, develop, test and bring the product to market together with the team. Currently we have done two phases of prototyping and are looking into our third phase.

  • Implement advanced innovative technologies within the product development. 

  • Optimize performance and scalability of the production.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • You should be willing to take on a wide variety of tasks, as we are a startup.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical engineering, material engineering, or a related field.

  • The ability to find solution for complex problems 

  • Go do mentality. 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Please specify your location preference in your application. We are open to Danish as well as English speaking applicants, but we cannot sponsor visas - so you need to live ind Denmark and have a Danish residence permit. We'll consider fully remote candidates if they are a perfect fit.

We are on a development and growth journey and have secured first investment. If we equally love working together we offer co-founder status and a very fair chunk of the company's equity.
