We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Intern to join our team. As a Customer Success Intern at Hormona, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting our users, fostering strong relationships, and driving engagement within our community. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing to ensure our users have a seamless experience and receive the support they need to achieve their health goals.
Assist in responding to user inquiries and providing timely and helpful support via email, chat.
Collaborate with the Hormona team to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in user experience.
Contribute to the development of educational resources, tutorials, and FAQs to empower users and enhance their understanding of the Hormona app.
Engage with users through various channels to gather feedback, testimonials, and success stories.
Assist in organizing and executing virtual events, workshops, and community initiatives to foster engagement and connection among Hormona users.
Contribute to data collection and analysis efforts to track user engagement, satisfaction, and retention metrics.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to inform customer success strategies and initiatives.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, Psychology, Communications, or related field).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Swedish, with a customer-centric mindset.
Passion for women's health and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or community management is preferred but not required.
