SportMember is an ambitious SaaS company providing an easy-to-use club management platform for sports clubs and federations worldwide. We help club administrators keep track of their members, payments, communication, and activities.
Today, SportMember serves more than 2.1 million users across Europe and has a team of 14 employees representing different nationalities. Our headquarters is located in the heart of Aarhus, Denmark.
As Sales & Support Manager for Germany, you will be responsible for SportMember’s growth in the German market. You will join a dynamic company with passionate colleagues and report directly to the CEO.
Your mission will be to drive continued growth in both users and revenue in Germany while delivering a great experience to new and existing clubs.
Conduct welcome calls and onboard new coaches and club administrators
Provide support for existing customers
Cross-sell to current clubs
Manage incoming calls, mails and chats
Identify business opportunities with relevant German federations and other.
Hold 1-2 years of experience in a similar position – preferably from SaaS
Thrive in engaging with people and have great presentation, communication, and listening skills
Eager to learn and develop new skills
If you know your way around sports clubs and how they operate - that's an appreciated bonus. Â
You must be fluent in German for this position
The successful candidate will join an exciting and growing SaaS company with an international culture and a focus on hitting our goals. We offer flexible working arrangements, with the possibility to work from home one day per week, once you are up and running.Â
Position: Full-time position (37 hours per week)
Location: Filmbyen 23 8000 Aarhus C or hybrid/remote
Salary: Base salary + commission
