About Us:

We are a fast-growing gaming direct-to-consumer (D2C) company with our primary customer base in Japan, the US and Germany.

During the last 12 months, the company has scaled from 4 to 23 people on the team.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a proactive and strategic-minded Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team.


The Role:

We are looking for an ambitious Strategy & Operations Analyst who is ready to dive into various strategic and operational tasks.

This part-time role offers substantial responsibility and the opportunity for career progression within our fast-paced environment.

We expect that the candidate has an ambition of growing into a full-time position with significant responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Examples of tasks:

  • Participating in creating growth strategies for selected international markets; Japan, US, Germany, etc.

  • Conduct data analysis across products, sales channels and markets.

  • Supporting the development of go-to-market strategies for new markets and products.

  • Assisting in the management and optimization of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborating closely with various departments internationally to ensure the alignment of operations with strategic goals.

  • Managing specific strategic or operational projects, such as optimizing logistics for different markets or setting up new processes.

  • Performing funnel analysis to optimize customer journey and increase conversion rates across various stages of the consumer lifecycle.

  • Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks and potentially managing calendars for strategic meetings or supplier negotiations.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Master’s program in International Business, preferably at CBS.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of data analysis.

  • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  • Proficient in English; additional language proficiency in Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, German, or another relevant language is a plus.
