We are seeking a proactive and ambitious People & Culture Manager to establish and lead our HR department.

This role is ideal for an experienced self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As the first HR hire at Wallhack, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the foundational structures of our HR functions and cultivate a dynamic company culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the overall mission and values of Wallhack.

  • Build and manage all HR operations from the ground up, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and compliance.

  • Initiate and champion a positive and inclusive company culture that supports collaboration and innovation.

  • Organize and oversee company-wide events such as team outings, workshops, and industry conferences.

  • Act as a liaison to facilitate open lines of communication between staff and management, ensuring all HR needs are met efficiently.

  • Provide guidance and leadership across all departments, assisting with the integration of HR strategies into daily operations.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or other fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop and implement HR initiatives.

  • Strong leadership skills with a keen interest in driving HR and business objectives.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of nurturing relationships with both internal team members and external business partners.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is advantageous.
