Our postpartum health tracker offers new mothers all information they need in one place, personalized insights into their mental and physical health and recovery plans based on their birth experience. With screening models for postpartum depression and pelvic floor complications, LEIA identifies women at risk already before their appointment with the midwife.
We are looking for a half-time Digital Content Producer to join our growing team based in Stockholm. Being the first dedicated Digital Content Producer at LEIA Health means you will play a big part in shaping the role, the way we work, and crafting the product experience together with your team members in Design, Product, and Marketing. Your main role will focus on creating, writing, developing, editing, and publishing content and copy for the app. As well as support our other digital platforms, including website, blog, email marketing campaigns, whitepapers, and other material. You are a curious and highly motivated Digital Content Producer who is passionate about empowering users with your storytelling and copywriting, and has the ability to find synergies between creativity and data.
In this role, you will use writing as a way to create and evolve aspects of our product experience, solve user needs and achieve business goals. It involves leveling up our content and writing practice in the product and marketing by using our brand guidelines. You will help push our tonality and connection to brand values and alignment with other copy functions within the product, marketing and sales.
You’ll play a key part in enabling our team to deliver our strategic goals. At LEIA Health, each day is different, but you can expect to:
Content Planning: Working with the product team to develop content strategies, including determining the type of content needed, the target audience, and the distribution methods in the product.
Content Creation: Develop content, which can include articles, UX-copy in the product, videos, and more.
Project Management: Manage content projects from conception to publication, ensuring that they meet deadlines and align with the overall content strategy.
Content Coordination: Collaborate with our medical and HR experts and other team members to ensure the production of high-quality content that adheres to brand guidelines.
Quality Control: Review and edit content to maintain consistency, accuracy, and relevance, as well as to ensure it meets the intended objectives. Own and maintain language assets for English (and Swedish), and contribute to the establishment of cross-functional best practices.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide reports to assess the impact of content on audience engagement and business goals.
You’re a Digital Content Producer who leads the creation of human-centred experiences that deliver great user experience and engagement. You love working with teams to improve their user experience through copy and content. You’re a sucker for detail and quality, who drives consistency across all areas of the product and marketing. You love to create content that educates, engages and empower your users.
2+ years of experience in Digital Content Producement for an app and content marketing for digital channels.
Has experience in creative development and creating concepts.
Native copy skills in English, plus if you also have fluent writing skills in Swedish.
Comfortable going from research to idea and implementation on your own.
Used to writing for many different channels/formats.
Have an eye for detail, including the ability to proofread your own and others’ work.
Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Motivated by being part of developing the next generation digital parental health.
Great if you have written medical contact or have medical knowledge about postpartum.
