Ad Monetization Intern

SYBO is growing. We’re releasing new games, building on the massive success of Subway Surfers as the most downloaded game of all time (4 billion downloads and counting!), and continuing to excite and surprise the most important people in the world: Our players!

Right now we’re looking for an Ad Monetization Intern to join our Ad Monetization Team. Being a part of the team means integrating a key operation of SYBO’s business model. The Ads Revenue is at the core of this team’s responsibilities. 

This internship gives a big opportunity to gain insight on how mobile games are monetized and how the mobile industry operates. 

This internship is unpaid and full-time running for the fall semester in 2024.

Your time at SYBO

In your ramp-up month:

You’ll gain insight on how the game industry operates and will understand the following: 

• How the ad monetization of Subway Surfers is running

• How the team makes it work smoothly and efficiently

• How the team analyzes internal data and market trends and communicates with external partners.

Be ready to process a lot of information, learn quickly, ask questions, and be curious!

In your contributor months: 

You’ll have hands-on tasks to support the team, like:

• Run Ad Operations within the assigned project

• Work with data and analytics

• Participate in calls with external partners

• Prepare slides for the monthly syncs to the stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Optimize Ad Revenue and manage Ad Operations

• Perform A/B tests

• Create and analyze reports

• Market Research

• Keep our Confluence and Wikis up to date

Requirements

• Curiosity about Business and Tech

• Has advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Has strong communication and presentation skills

• Has good analytical skills and understanding of data

It is a requirement to be enrolled in a university program that supports a full-time internship as part of the education - and you need to be able to commute to our Copenhagen office on a daily basis.

We do not offer relocation, VISA, or house search assistance for internships.
