About the Role

As a Validation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our Validation team, driving validation and qualification efforts for our state-of-the-art environmental monitoring system. In addition to managing projects and conducting operational validation tasks, you'll travel across Denmark ensuring smooth implementation and compliance. 

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Organizing daily project activities
• Promptly addressing customer inquiries
• Crafting comprehensive qualification protocols and documentation 
• Performing thermal measurements on-site or remotely as necessary -  you can expect to travel once or twice a month, spending anywhere from a day to several days at customer sites
• Collaborating closely with other dedicated specialists 
• Maintaining effective communication with customers

About You

Here is what we are looking for in our new Validation Specialist: 

• Project management experience
• A strong background in validation documentation and regulatory requirements, particularly within regulated industries like pharmaceuticals 
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on projects, initially across Denmark (primarily in Copenhagen region) and later on potentially to the Nordics and UK 
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for effective communication in diverse environments.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and clear communication style 
• While a technical background is advantageous, it is not required. 
• Candidates who have a driver’s license will be prioritized in the process

In this position, you will oversee validation projects for our clients, ranging from smaller firms striving for regulatory compliance to prominent pharmaceutical companies outsourcing their thermal validation requirements to us. Whether providing remote assistance from our office or conducting on-site thermal measurements, your consultancy services will play a crucial role in guaranteeing the quality and regulatory adherence of their operations.
