Provide exceptional customer support to address user inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Demonstrate professional empathy to deeply understand and resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate closely with our development team to report identified issues and suggest improvements for our software.
Test and evaluate software updates to ensure they meet the needs and expectations of our users.
Offer guidance and training to users on how to maximize the features and functionalities of our platform.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system, HubSpot.
Update and adding written documentation to software use, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for users.

Proficiency in basic webshop administration.
In-depth understanding of Instagram and Facebook functionalities.
Strong IT aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for helping others and a genuine desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
