Integrify Education is an international coding academy & tech company from Finland with a new mission to bring Nordic tech education to the Middle East. Since 2016, we have trained over 1500+ international tech talents across Europe and helped them kick-start their future-proof careers. In 2023 we embarked on an exciting journey to bring Nordic Education to Saudi Arabia to train the local talent with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of technology. 

Integrify was founded for the sole purpose of changing what’s next for people who deserve a shot at a better future through education. We’re now looking for an Operations Manager to execute our mission. As our first Operations Manager in Riyadh, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our programs and operations in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for overseeing program setup and execution, as well as managing relationships with instructors, clients, and partners. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Training Program Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of program setup and execution, including scheduling, logistics, resource allocation and student management.

• Instructor Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of qualified instructor contractors, ensuring high-quality delivery of educational programs.

• Client and Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.

• Operations Optimization: Implement efficient processes and systems to streamline operations, improve program delivery, and enhance overall effectiveness.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, tech, and other teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving company goals and objectives.

In short, you’ll be part of a small team entering a new market which means that the job responsibilities might vary - in this role you will get to enjoy a variety of different tasks while working closely with the CEO. 

What makes you a great fit for the role:

• University degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

• Multiple years of experience in operations management

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proven track record of problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

• Determined and goal-oriented with a growth mindset

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate there
