THEMAGIC5 is looking for a student to be our new part-time e-commerce store manager to help with website improvement and conversion rate optimization projects.

You will be an integrated part of the e-commerce team, where we are looking for someone with a natural sense of structure and good attention to detail. You will be working closely with our founders as we transition to a localized store setup on Shopify.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, likes to be challenged, and values the opportunity to make a difference. This part-time position will require an on-site hybrid schedule in our Copenhagen office. At least 1 day per week in the office (does not have to be a full day) and 15-20h / week is expected. The hours can be spread throughout Monday-Sunday.  

Job Responsibilities 

• Help with the transition from one Shopify store (.com), to a more localized setup (with .com and .eu Shopify stores).

• General website improvement and clean-up of both copy and content.

• Maintaining the translations of the Shopify store(s).

• Launching A/B tests focused on conversion rate optimization.

• Preparing online collections and products for campaign launches.

• Proof reading and quality check of content in English.

• Various ad-hoc assignments across the company.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Interested in online direct to consumer marketing. 

• You are defined by the following words: Resourceful, structured, and ambitious with an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• You are studying business, marketing, e-commerce or communication on a bachelor level or you’re in (or about to start) the first semester of your masters.

• Prior experience with the tasks or from similar jobs is not a requirement, but it’s a plus.

• You possess a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

• You are excited to work with new technologies and sports.

Weekly hours: 15-20 hours

Salary: 140 DKK/hour
