Superhood is hiring a creative and curious Marketing Planner to start planning our marketing and growth outside of Finland. The preferable location is in the Helsinki region, but fully remote is also potentially possible. Fluency in English is required, German is strongly preferred, Spanish-, or other language skills a big plus, and a self-starter attitude is a must.
Superhood is a B2B2C2G social platform for cities and neighborhoods. We cater to and build value for the complete local ecosystems of consumers, local businesses, and government organizations, so marketing activities span B2C and B2B.
The tasks ahead for the Marketing Planner include;
Market research of the selected target market(s)
Creating a marketing and communications plan for the target market(s)
Managing and analyzing the test marketing in the target market(s)
Supporting the local pilot(s) in the target market(s)
Ideally, you’d already have international experience in marketing SaaS or online consumer services. As a self-starter, you wouldn't be afraid to take initiative and make things happen. The role is initially a fixed term during the summer of 2024, starting ASAP. In this role, you’d work directly and closely with the company CEO and the marketing team.
Superhood is still an early-stage startup, so we cannot pay the highest salaries or offer the best benefits. Superhood is a remote-first company, but our home base is in Maria01 in Helsinki.
