We are on the lookout for a talented Revenue Operations Manager - AI, Data Intelligence, and Funnel Optimisation!

This unique role will play a pivotal part in our Revenue Operations function, with a laser focus on dissecting and enhancing our end-to-end sales pipeline to drive revenue growth. This role demands a unique blend of data analytics, market research, and strategic thinking to uncover insights within our Total Addressable Market (TAM) data, segmentation model, and customer database. Your work will directly inform and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Marketing, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Account Executives (AEs). You are the frontline of PipeGen knowledge, strategy, tracking, and education!

We’ve closed a huge Series B round! 80M EUR and soaring! Our journey so far? An expansion across various markets, prestigious #ISO27001 and B-Corp certifications, and proactive tech revolutionizing the EV charging experience. Not to mention, our growth has skyrocketed 6X since the last round, nearing 1 million monthly charging sessions, and 1,000 #EV drivers joining us daily! Monta will use the EUR 80M funding to double down on its successful software-only strategy by strengthening investments in all markets and improving and expanding its product to new sectors ready to embark on an electrified future.


(Some of) the things you will be working on:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our Total Addressable Market (TAM), segmenting and identifying key opportunities for targeted marketing and sales efforts

  • Systematically organize and analyze customer contact data to ensure optimal outreach strategies by Marketing, SDRs, AEs, Customer Success, and Account Management

  • Lead scaled efforts within the revenue org to leverage AI, automation, and customized outreach across different contact, company, and titles for optimized conversion

  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for pipeline generation, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions in marketing and sales approaches

  • Design methods of measuring and tracking Marketing & Sales plays to quickly identify efficacy and iterate accordingly

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that enhance customer touchpoints and overall revenue generation

  • Regularly review and optimize data collection and analysis methods to ensure the highest quality of data integrity and relevance

  • Spearhead initiatives to improve database management practices, including segmentation, data enrichment, and data cleanliness

  • Present complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders across the organization

  • Create a feedback loop that ensures iterative improvement across all metrics and accountability across each team.

This role can be located in Denmark, France, Germany, Spain, UK, or US (East Coast) with a salary range of  €75,000 - 95,000 depending on local labour market rates and level of experience.


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a data and insights oriented role - preferably within a sales, marketing, or revenue operations function. Open to previous experience in Business Consulting, Finance, Sales Strategy, Marketing Operations and/or Revenue Operations  

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Salesforce, Tableau) and CRM software (Salesforce and Hubspot)

  • Deep demonstrable experience with pipeline funnel and segmentation analysis

  • Proven ability in handling and analyzing large data sets to drive business decisions

  • Ability to translate data findings into recommendations for actionable initiatives, while gaining Sales Executive buy-in 

  • Strong understanding of product marketing, SaaS sales, pipeline generation, customer segmentation, and market analysis techniques

  • Excellent C-level communication skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate data insights into concise, actionable business strategies

  • Self-starter, obsessed with uncovering insights that lead to tangible revenue growth opportunities
