We're looking for a passionate and innovative Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our AI-powered digital training platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product development lifecycle, and ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of our users.
Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and refine our mobile app’s vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals and market trends. Identify business opportunities for growth and innovation.
User Research & Insights: Conduct comprehensive user research to gather insights on user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Utilize these insights to inform product development and enhancement efforts.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscape to ensure our product remains a leader in the EdTech space. Identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Feature Development & Roadmap Planning: Prioritize and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features. Collaborate across functions, including design, engineering, and content, to bring new features to life.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing functions to align on strategies and initiatives. Ensure our value proposition is effectively communicated across all channels.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Education, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in the EdTech or HRtech space.
Demonstrated success in developing and launching digital products, with a strong understanding of product management frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in digital learning environments is highly desirable.
