Position: Seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Co-founder
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our revolutionary glove liner.
- Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns via Business Manager to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creativity, target audience, and message effectiveness.
- Foster genuine engagement opportunities by understanding our target audience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in Facebook advertising and Business Manager.
- Strong A/B testing skills for campaign optimization.
- Experience in marketing physical products, with an understanding of unique challenges and opportunities.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
