Brewer Apprentice

Salary Unpaid

Our brewery once more is open for a next brewer apprenticeship. The position is non-paid and one full day a week for at least 3 months. The goal is to establish a lower threshold and bring more people into the brewing industry.

You will shadow our head brewer and learn hands-on about QC/QA (fancy for cleaning!), brewing techniques, industry challenges, flavor developments, and push the envelope of traditional craft brewery.

We are looking for an active, able-bodied, can lift things, is curious, has experience working in production spaces (professional kitchens, farms, factories, etc.), and has tried homebrewing before.

Initial meetings will commence as we go and the apprenticeship will start as soon as we find a great match.

Location: Priorparken 530, Copenhagen.
