About Us:

We are a pioneering Swedish startup committed to transforming parental health and advocating for the well-being of parents worldwide. Our innovative B2B product assists companies in supporting and retaining employees during and after parental leave, contributing to a more inclusive and supportive workplace. We’re entering the UK market and are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative  to drive GTM-strategy and Sales locally. 


Position: Sales Development Representative  - UK Market

Location: United Kingdom


Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and Sales processes, in close corporation with the CEO, specifically tailored to the UK market.

  • Drive sales and lead generation efforts for our B2B parental health solution targeting DEI teams and HR teams in the UK market.

  • Utilize your experience with HubSpot and expertise in optimizing digital sales funnels to enhance our sales processes.

  • Take the lead in developing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Assume responsibility for the growth and expansion of our presence in the UK market by meeting and exceeding sales targets. 


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably with the HR/DEI ecosystem. 

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and other sales tech stacks and a successful track record in optimizing digital sales funnels to drive a structured approach to sales from lead and first contact to closing the deal. 

  • Strong understanding and experience and/or track record of B2B Saas sales processes and relationship development.

  • Previous startup experience, showcasing adaptability and a results-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
