We’re entering the UK market and are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to drive GTM-strategy and Sales locally.
Position: Sales Development Representative - UK Market
Location: United Kingdom
Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and Sales processes, in close corporation with the CEO, specifically tailored to the UK market.
Drive sales and lead generation efforts for our B2B parental health solution targeting DEI teams and HR teams in the UK market.
Utilize your experience with HubSpot and expertise in optimizing digital sales funnels to enhance our sales processes.
Take the lead in developing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Assume responsibility for the growth and expansion of our presence in the UK market by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably with the HR/DEI ecosystem.
Familiarity with HubSpot and other sales tech stacks and a successful track record in optimizing digital sales funnels to drive a structured approach to sales from lead and first contact to closing the deal.
Strong understanding and experience and/or track record of B2B Saas sales processes and relationship development.
Previous startup experience, showcasing adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
