Monta will use the EUR 80M funding to double down on its successful software-only strategy by strengthening investments in all markets and improving and expanding its product to new sectors ready to embark on an electrified future.

What are we looking for?
Monta is on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled Content Executive who has a passion for storytelling, a keen interest in the EV industry, and the skills to turn complex information into engaging content.

You will join the Field Marketing team where your primary responsibility will be to support our subject matter experts by generating compelling content that resonates with our industry and showcases our expertise. This is an opportunity for someone with a keen eye for good stories, the ability to digest technical material, and a knack for building effective distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management: Spearhead the development of engaging content across various formats including webinars, industry talks, and social media content. This involves interviewing our subject matter experts, partners, or other industry professionals on topics relevant to the EV industry. You will also collaborate with our content team to ensure content aligns with our overarching business goals and brand messaging.
Industry Research: Dedicate time to researching on LinkedIn and other industry news channels to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments within our industry. Leverage this knowledge to produce ready-made content for our experts to share within their networks.
Content Calendar Oversight: Together with our other content teams, take charge of our content calendar, ensuring a consistent and impactful content strategy that aligns with the interests and needs of our core segments.
Expert Positioning & Reuse Strategy: You will work closely with our subject matter experts to build their presence and authority within the EV charging industry, making them recognized experts. You'll also focus on how we can smartly reuse content across multiple platforms to maintain a continuous engagement beat with our audience.
Storytelling & Technical Understanding: Identify and articulate compelling stories within the company, interpreting technical materials to uncover these narratives. Your content will highlight Monta’s expertise, innovations, and contributions to the EV industry.
Strategy & Distribution: Collaborate with team members to develop and implement a comprehensive content distribution strategy. This includes understanding the commercial impact of your work and how it ties back to Monta’s revenue goals.
Event marketing: Work closely with your colleagues in Marketing to ensure we plan, create and distribute content tied together with industry events.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone who has an In-depth understanding of the EV or energy sector, with hands-on experience or a keen interest in sustainable transportation, renewable energy technologies, and related regulatory frameworks.

Experience: Proven experience in content creation, journalism, or a similar field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to produce varied content types. Experience in the EV industry or a related field is a plus. Experience with video production is a notable advantage.
Skills: Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to digest and interpret technical content for a broad audience. Strong research skills, particularly in utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and industry news channels to gather insights.
Strategic Thinker: You are commercially minded, understanding that content is not just about engagement but is closely tied to the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with other team members, subject matter experts, and industry professionals to craft content that truly resonates with our audience.
Qualifications: A degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Additional qualifications or experience in the EV industry or technical writing is highly advantageous.
