We're now seeking a Full-stack Product Engineer with a knack for innovation and a passion for building transformative products. Key responsibilities

• Full-stack development: Lead and implement end-to-end software solutions using Javascript (NodeJS, VueJS), Typescript, and other modern technologies, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our platform.

• Technical architecture: Design and articulate the architectural vision of Meo's platform, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with GDPR and other regulatory standards.

• Continuous integration and delivery: Employ best practices in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, leveraging Digital Ocean for seamless deployment and integration of new features and functionalities.

• Product engineering collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and the product engineering team to ideate, prototype, and launch features that meet our users' needs and comply with regulatory standards.

• Quality assurance: Champion the creation of a robust testing framework and maintain high-quality coding standards to ensure reliability and functionality of the platform.

• Innovation and research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies and frameworks that can enhance Meo's value proposition.

  
  

What we’re looking for

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in full-stack development with a solid understanding of our tech stack (Javascript, NodeJS, VueJS, Typescript, Pinia, Vite, Tailwind, PostgreSQL).

• Technical prowess: Strong proficiency in developing scalable, secure, and compliant web applications, particularly in B2B SaaS, FinTech or RegTech sectors.

• Problem-solving skills: An analytical mind capable of tackling complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions.

• Collaborative spirit: Excellent team player with experience working in cross-functional teams to drive product development.

• Communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.

• Adaptability and curiosity: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks, with a continuous improvement mindset.

What to expect in your first quarter

Integration

You'll be immersed in Meo's culture and tech stack from day one, with a special focus on how we drive innovation with our product development process, Momentum. We'll introduce you to our architecture, tools and workflows, and how we manage our infrastructure on Digital Ocean.

Contribution

Jump straight into coding, contributing to ongoing projects or initiating new ones. You'll work closely with the product engineering team to build and ship features originated from deep customer insights.
