We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in forging strategic alliances and partnerships to drive business growth and expansion. Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth and meet company objectives.
Identify and prospect potential partners, negotiate partnership agreements, and onboard new partners.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual success.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to execute partnership initiatives and maximize opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to guide partnership strategies and initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand partnership opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue targets, and other partnership-related objectives set by the organization.
Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably across the same industry.
Proficiency in both Danish and English languages is preferred.
Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and drive results.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
