BECOME PART OF THE TEAM
During the summer 2023, we joined forces with Swedish' leading app agency Bontouch as well as Waterland Private Equity with the goal to create the leading digital product agency worldwide.
Today the group consists of more than 400 employees across offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Zurich, New York, London, Åre, Östersund and Kalmar. The group will continue to grow organically while pursuing international expansion through acquisitions of digital product agencies that have achieved a leading position in their respective markets by delivering best-in-class mobile apps.
As Financial Controller, you will play a significant part in preparing the group for further growth. You will work from our Copenhagen HQ and report to our Group Chief Financial Officer.
THE ROLE OF A FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
In the position of Financial Controller, your role will be to ensure ongoing high-quality deliverables while having a high focus on developing the function together with your colleagues in the Group Finance team and local Finance teams in different countries.
More specifically, your responsibilities will be:

You have a solid background in finance, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment, with a hands-on approach. You should find it exciting to join the journey of building a group finance function at the early stage applying your skills to building a group finance function with the opportunity to make your mark on how things are done going forward.
Key to this role is your ability to think ahead, drive for continuous improvement, and ability to work in a structured manner on your own while also thriving in collaboration with the team and other colleagues.

You are self-motivated, and your proactive and positive attitude transmits to your colleagues and other stakeholders. Your strong communication skills enable you to communicate on all levels of the organization while establishing strong collaborative ties.
WORKING HOURS AND SPECIFICATIONS
⏱ Full-time, 37.5 hours a week.
📍 We offer flexible work possibilities. You don’t have to be based in Copenhagen, but regular visits to the office in Copenhagen will be required.
💬 English proficiency is a must. Danish language skills are not expected.
