You’ll be helping us run a wide variety of different campaigns this coming year across paid social, events, web and print. Some will be a success, others won’t. We’re a team where we consider everything an experiment and don’t let our misses get us down. though - we hope you have the same mindset.

With regards to location, we’d really love you to join Famly here at our Copenhagen HQ. If you're not here already, perhaps you're keen to move? We can help you with relocating, getting a visa, and finding childcare (and a lot of new friends).

  • Managing and supervising DACH marketing projects from beginning to end.

  • Support the discovery of new channels, both online and offline, that attract prospects and convert leads, based on data and market insights.

  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Specialist to support effective digital ad campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the Website and CRO Specialist to optimize the website and create effective landing pages.

  • Collaborate with Content Writers and Graphic Designers to create marketing content.

  • Work closely with our Marketing Operations specialist to build and optimise the marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.

  • Work closely with the DACH Sales and Customer Success teams on planning and attendance of external events.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of the DACH market based on company and team OKRs.

  • Regularly analyze the performance of campaigns, and locate opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Maintaining external vendor relationships for partner promotion.

  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of Famly, our platform, and the Kita landscape to implement effective marketing campaigns.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are from Germany yourself or have close ties to it.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and German.

  • Have strong strategic planning skills and excellent decision-making skills, setting, monitoring and reporting against targets.

  • Have experience working with SoMe and digital advertising channels.

  • Confident with Data Analytics (i.e. GA4, Hubspot reporting, Clarity, SemRush), A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization, and have basic understanding of User Experience.

We appreciate that everyone brings something unique, so even if you don’t tick every box above, we’d still love to read your application.

And who are Famly?

You’re probably wondering at this stage, and Famly are...? Well, it all began when our co-founder Henrik’s daughter was ready to start at daycare. He couldn’t believe the amount of work being done on paper - and how distant he felt from his first child during the day. The paper ‘parent’ books they exchanged once a month just weren’t cutting it. Together with his friend, our co-founder and CEO Anders, they set about solving that.

These days, the 140 of us building Famly talk about trying to do one thing. Giving children the best possible start to life. Or rather, making it easier for the 7000 nurseries and childcare centers who use Famly every day to that, on our behalf.

We do it with the world’s first Early Childhood Platform, software that brings hundreds of thousands of parents closer to their child’s day while they’re away from them. We also make financial, pedagogical, and planning tools for more than 104,000 childcare professionals in the UK, US, Germany and 15 other countries, saving them hours and reducing their admin stress.

Ultimately, that gives them more time and headspace for the little ones that really matter.

The interview process looks like:

  • A quick chat with our People Partner in Brand and Marketing, Friedrich

  • A quick logical test.

  • A 1-1 interview with Julia, Manager of Growth Marketing team.

  • A short assignment.

  • An assignment review with Julia and an interview with Matt, Director of Brand and Comms, and Jens Eberhardt, Country Manager DACH.

  • An opportunity to meet some of the people you might be working with.

  • (Hopefully) an offer!

You’ll love working here because:

  • Competitive pension, private health insurance, and paid maternity/paternity leave.

  • A clear career framework and coaching to make sure you’re growing, a $1000 personal development budget, and a ‘We’ll buy you any book you want’ policy.

  • We’re all about hiring clever people who are good humans too. It means Famly is full of top thinkers and generous teammates waiting to help you shine.

  • A value of ‘make your colleagues shine’ is all about breaking down silos, celebrating one another, and staying connected across departments, offices, and oceans.

  • We like to give a lot of ownership both in terms of responsibility and freedom to try new, challenging tasks.

  • Top-notch work equipment (including noise cancelling headphones for those focus periods!).

  • A lot of flexibility for you to work in the way (and place) that suits you best, while making sure we maintain a strong in-office connection a handful of days a week too.

We're looking to fill the position as soon as possible, so get your application in today by sending us:

  • Your CV and cover letter covering what speaks to you about the role and what you can bring - in any form you like.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
