Position Summary 

Join our dynamic team at GRAD ApS as a Lead Mechanical Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in mechanical engineering and product development. You will engage in creating solutions for rapid prototyping, design for manufacturing, and optimizing products/production processes. Collaborate closely with our engineering team to innovate and improve our "Perfect Serve" product line, ensuring they meet customer demands and industry standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

• CAD construction of new products. 

• Design for Manufacturability (DFM) for plastic injection tools. 

• Qualifying and sourcing from supply chain partners. 

• Conducting real-life testing and iterative design to meet customer requirements. 

• Optimizing product construction across our portfolio. 

• Collaborating with the engineering team for COGS optimization. 

• Innovating and improving the current product range.

Ideal Candidate 

You have a Mechanical Engineering grade with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in product development and manufacturing. Furthermore it would be beneficial(but NOT a requirement) if you have experience in heat exchangers and understanding/experience of compliance and CE/UL standards.
