This Role

Join our dynamic commercial team as a Communications Student Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the way we communicate with potential and existing clients. This is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about marketing and customer engagement to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. So if you are passionate about crafting compelling messages and fostering positive relationships, this role is for you.

As a key member of the team, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, from day-to-day operations to more strategic projects. Depending on whether you are based in Copenhagen or Aarhus, your direct reporting line will be either Marketing or Customer Success. While this role covers a range of responsibilities, you will focus on some more than others, depending on your strengths and affinities. We'd like you to be able to work around 10-15 hours per week, but we're flexible depending on your study and exam schedule. 

Responsibilities 

• Craft compelling and relevant content tailored for B2B audiences, including articles for LinkedIn, press releases, blog articles, and detailed case studies

• Assist in the creation of technical and educational content for our community platform and newsletters to increase understanding of the platform and how to derive value from it

• Conduct research into industry trends, market insights and competitor analysis to inform communication strategies and messaging

• Coordinate customer-focused events and workshops, from initial planning to execution 

• Maintain our website content and assist with SEO optimisation tasks

• Facilitate the data integration and onboarding process by interacting with clients and data providers

• Help develop and maintain digital campaigns and sales processes using Hubspot and other digital marketing tools 

  
  

What we are looking for 

• You are fluent in Danish and English

• You are currently enrolled as a student around Copenhagen or Aarhus for at least the next 12 months, with the ability to dedicate 10-15 hours per week to the role

• You have proven experience in at least two of the listed tasks through previous internships, student positions, or similar roles

• You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in an concise but engaging manner

• Having worked with any of our tools such as Canva, Hubspot or Webflow is an advantage but not must-have

• Prior knowledge and/or genuine interest in and curiosity about climate tech and/or energy optimisation of buildings
