The proposed arrangement involves me contributing two-thirds of the required capital, while you would contribute the remaining third. My role would be to support you as an unpaid advisor for one to two days each week.

Regarding equity, I suggest a 51% to 49% split in my favor, reflecting the larger share of capital I am providing. Our aim would be to purchase a company valued at approximately 1 million DKK, which we anticipate should generate a net income of between 250,000 and 300,000 DKK per year. This income would initially be used cover your salary.
