Are you looking for a UX experience where you will touch upon everything, from user / academic research to designing new components and pages and overseeing the implementation of your work? At Kollin, we are focused on instructional design, or Learning Experience design, as it is called, designing the most engaging, motivating, crowdsource-based platform possible, adapting to the students' various needs in their academic journey.

Understand people's behavior on Kollin, design flows and identify gaps in our features.
QA the entire platform, both on desktop and mobile, make sure there are no fuck ups, improve usability.
BONUS: add more pedagogical value and some gamification aspects to get students hooked on learning!
User research, user testing.
Analyse heatmaps, videos, polls, amplitude metrics.
Building wireframes from low to high fi (Figma preferably)
Puts great attention to details but is also creative.
Has a strong interest in education and in ways to improve learning.
Loves talking to and understanding people.
Has 1-2 years of experience in UX design, would be great.
Skills in UI is a plus but not required.
