Our main event is held in the fall and is a startup crawl connecting students to the best startups in Finland.

About the role

As Strive's full-time Branding Specialist, you will be the creative force behind our visual identity, working closely with the marketing team to ensure our brand image resonates across all platforms. This role demands a blend of creative vision and practical skills, focusing on the development of Strive’s visual guidelines, enhancing our website and platform’s UI/UX design, and creating compelling graphics that tell our story. This is a volunteer position.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Develop and refine Strive's visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency and coherence across all communication channels.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design stunning visual content that enhances Strive's brand and supports marketing campaigns.

• Lead the enhancement of our website and platform, focusing on UI/UX design improvements to optimize user experience and engagement.

• Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends to keep Strive’s branding fresh and relevant.

  
  

This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate. As part of the core team, you’ll work closely with all other sections of the company and have a large influence over the impact and future of Strive. 

Our team usually works at our Startup Sauna office in Otaniemi. In-person meetings are always prioritized and we want applicants who are ready to join our office community.

Here's what'll make the job much more enjoyable ("nice-to-haves"):

• Excellent visual design skills and proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).

• Experience in web design and familiarity with UI/UX principles.

• Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with brand strategy and creating branding materials from scratch.

• Fluency in English, with effective communication skills.

Recruitment Timeline
