As Key Account Manager (KAM) you have the responsibility for managing relationships with our clients with the objective of maximizing business opportunities and revenue growth. This includes identifying, planning and executing activities that will generate upsales, cross sales and new product adoption. You will report to the Sales Director.Â
Your main responsibilities will be to:Â
Manage existing key customers and develop and nurture relationships, anticipate and understand their needs, challenges and objectives
Create new business, account plans with objectives, strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product adoption
Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements, ensuring they align with both the client's needs and the company's objectives.
Act as a primary point of contact for issue resolution, working closely with relevant teams to address client concerns promptly.
Prepare regular reports on key account performance, revenue forecasts, and other relevant metrics
Collaborate closely with other functions to ensure alignment and synergy between sales and the overall business strategy
Stay up to date with industry trends, adopt new technologies and foster a culture of innovation within the team to stay competitive

In order to succeed in the role, we believe that you have:
At least 5+ years of experience in sales, with proven success in account management, in a B2B or B2B2B environmentÂ
Experience of working in wholesale and/or distribution of FMCG and physical products relevant to our product portfolio
Proven experience from managing the whole sales cycle with a strong sales toolkit: you can identify, segment, prospect, qualify, negotiate and close dealsÂ
Track record of managing and upselling revenue for larger accounts, exceeding targets
Excellent people skills, enjoying building and managing relationships with current and potential customers
Excellent sales, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
Great time management and organizational skills
Fluent speaking and writing skills in both Swedish and English
